The best AI visibility tools for agencies in 2026

Six AI visibility platforms ranked for agencies running GEO for clients: client workspaces, pitch audits, reporting, crawler logs, and how pricing scales per client.

Agencies buy AI visibility tools differently from brands. A brand needs one project done well. An agency needs twenty projects that don't step on each other, a way to show a prospect their AI visibility before they sign, reports a client will actually read, and a price that doesn't double every time a new client lands.

So this list weighs things brand-side reviews mostly ignore: how clients are separated, whether you can run pitch audits, how pricing scales per client, and whether you can prove the work moved something. We're a GEO platform with agency customers, so we rank ourselves first and explain why. Everything about the other tools comes from their published plans as recorded in our tool notes.

What matters for agencies

  • Client separation. One workspace or project per client, without paying for a new account each time.
  • Pitch audits. A way to show a prospect where they stand before the contract.
  • Proof of impact. Crawler fixes and AI-referred traffic you can point to, not only mention counts.
  • Pricing that scales. Per-client, per-seat, and per-prompt costs add up fast.

1. VisibilyRanking

Each client gets a separate workspace, and you can run prospect audits to bring into a pitch. Inside each workspace you get the full loop: prompts by topic, persona, and country across eight engines; citation analytics down to page and domain; crawler logs from the client's CDN or host; AI-referred traffic tied to signups and sales; and a content agent that drafts fixes into a review inbox.

The crawler logs and traffic attribution matter more for agencies than for brands. "We fixed the 404s PerplexityBot was hitting on your comparison pages, and AI-referred signups followed" is a renewal conversation. "Your mention rate went up two points" usually isn't.

The trade-off is that there's no self-serve agency plan or public price. We scope agency accounts on a demo by the number of clients, prompts, and markets, and quote in writing.

2. Promptwatch

Promptwatch is the strongest self-serve option for agencies. Its agency plans all include unlimited projects and prompts, 10 seats, state and city tracking, and Ads Radar: Kick-off at $199/mo, Growth at $399/mo, and Scale at $799/mo, with response, visitor event, and crawler log allowances rising per tier. Agency plans also include unlimited pitch projects, custom reports, and a Looker Studio connector. The automated Content Agent is a Business and Enterprise feature, not part of the agency plans.

3. LLM Pulse

The value pick. Every plan includes unlimited seats and an MCP server, which suits agencies with large teams. Starter is €49/mo for one project and 50 prompts; Scale is €299/mo for five projects, 450 prompts, API access, and a Looker Studio connector. White label is Enterprise only, and tracking is weekly unless you pay for daily.

4. Gauge

Gauge has a dedicated Agency Mode priced at $300 per active client per month, with pitch workspaces included at no extra charge. That's transparent, but it scales linearly with your client count. The Growth plan ($599/mo) covers three platforms: ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, and Copilot.

5. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ includes unlimited users even on its free tier, and its Action Center gives account managers a task queue per client. Starter ($295/mo) is credit-based: 3,600 credits, where each AI response uses one. Across many clients, credit budgeting becomes part of account management.

6. Scrunch AI

Scrunch Core ($250/mo) includes one brand workspace and five licenses, so it's built around a single brand. For agencies that means one plan per client or an Enterprise contract. Its AXP serving layer is interesting, but it's Enterprise only.

Questions to ask on any agency demo

  1. How is a new client added, and what does it cost?
  2. Can I show a prospect their visibility before they sign?
  3. Can I prove a crawler fix or content change led to traffic?
  4. What do client reports look like, and can I brand them?
